A Gödel–Scott theorem of Necessary Existence
Abstract
Does God exist? We formulate the question as an existence problem in a specified higher-order modal theory. The resulting theorem is affirmative: the Gödel–Scott axioms imply necessary realization of a unique God-like individual. The proof is followed by its algebraic and proof-theoretic consequences, and a probability-logic formulation.
